How does pricing work?
The flat fee covers the cost of bar service. 2 bartenders, the bar rental, labor, transport, delivery and breakdown. It covers anything regarding service. The $8 per guest covers open bar for that guest for the entire event. This cost covers the fresh produce, mixers, house made purees. garnishes, cups, straws, ice, napkins, and anything else needed for the actual beverages!
What alcohol is included?
None! By California State Law, we are not licensed to provide any beverage containing alcohol. That includes beer & wine! For an additional charge, we are able to pick up liquor for your event and invoice separate from bar service!
What if I want mocktails instead of cocktails?
We can absolutely do mocktails for your event but it does not change the price. Although there isn't any alcohol being added, mocktails still require all of the materials included in our packages to create the perfect mocktail!
Can we schedule a phone consultation prior to paying a deposit?
In some cases, we will schedule consultations before the deposit is paid. This typically happens if you have a tricky event that needs special understanding to make sure the event can take place in a way that is successful! We really love to communicate via email up until the deposit has been paid and are more than willing to answer any questions you may have. Once the deposit has been paid, Kat or Amilia will reach out and get you on the calendar for your phone consultation to go over event details, timelines, and we will discuss cocktail menu!
